constituent walked in looking to report a row of trees in the middle area of harmony grove road. trees are facing the train tracks. also reported dead trees inside harmony grove cemetery.

Report of a dead tree on the intersection of Margin & Mill Street

Boxes were dumped in public parking lot in front of 17 Jackson street.

Tree roots have lifted sidewalk panels and growing into owners driveway.

Resident dropped in to the mayors office stated there is a large pot hole formed in front of 8 cambridge street. Also the plows took out a curb stone near his drive way and asked if it could please be repared.

Yard waste missed on Belleau Rd, Desmond Terrace and Raymond Ave

missed last friday as well.

Resident called stating that when trucks go down the street it grazes the branches which fall off on to residents vehicles and or the street. Keeps the street very messy. Looking to see if the city can trim the trees.

Residents reported they don't have a street name sign.

The light at this corner is very dim near shutting off. Resident can no see when it gets dark because there is not enough lighting

resident runs an in home day care and is worried about potential injuries of parents dropping off and picking up children.

I live at 38 Howard St. in Salem and once again my recycling was not picked up. I asked my neighbor if hers was picked up and she said it was. It was Put out a day late due to the Monday holiday yet my trash was picked up but the recycles remained. I don't have the room to put the recycles anywhere until the next trash day. Could someone come pick them up?

Business owner described a hole in front of the store that his customers have gone around to try to get in to his business.

Resident on 6 Paul Ave reported a pipe rising on the sidewalk about 4-6 inches.
