54 Jefferson Ave Geneva, NY 14456, USA -
Geneva
Coldwell Banker real estate has located their flags too close to the road at the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Hamilton Street. It is a very narrow tight turn at that point. Cars on Jefferson have to inch forward to see what's coming down the hill from the east making the turn precarious for all concerned.
I'm also wondering if there are rules for temporary signs? There are several "pop up" signs between Jefferson Avenue and Wegmans including Coldwell Banker, Arby's, the oil change place and a couple of handyman fix it signs that are making the effort to improve the appearance of Hamilton St. look over-commercialized and junky.
The improvements to Hamilton Street have been a wonderfully welcome change.
If there are rules controlling temporary pop up signs could you please look into this to help keep the beauty of our area from being spoiled?
Thank you.
