    Rudasill has just got a nice new surface yet it is not a through street and does not have bike lanes or a shoulder. Orange Grove has been in severe disrepair for more than 6 years.

    This photo demonstrates that when holes are repaired they fail quickly and then the contents get strewn into the bike lane....this can be seen up and down Orange Grove from 1st to Oracle.

    Lastly, as a bike commuter, when holes are patched, crews sweep extra material into the bike lanes that haven't been cleaned in months.

    Driving and bicycling around town I constantly see debris from car accidents littering the road and the shoulders or bike Lanes. Is there not a rule for cleaning this up thoroughly?
