Neighbor left a table top on the front lawn on 50th Street for a number of weeks now. It is breaking down and needs to be picked up.

So, the City requires residents to place their recycling bins along the alleyway for pickup and yet the workers are allowed to carelessly leave the bin in the middle of the alleyway, blocking all throughways, thereby inconveniencing residents? I request the City make them stop this behavior.

Bozo neighbor "cleaning out" his house and neglecting to call for pickup of these mattresses he left in the alley.

Neighbor is moving and just dumped and left his furniture in the alley next to the house.

This appears to be a tree root coming up through the pavement but it formed very quickly and extends out another couple of feet. It feels like a small speed bump when driving over it. I am requesting that the City check it out. Thank you.

Another clueless neighbor overfills the trash can leaving tree branches jutting out.

The sidewalk in front of CVS on Central Ave. between 58th Street and 59th Street is in terrible shape and the concrete blocks are jutting up about 2 inches in some places because of tree roots. Can this sidewalk be repaired? It's a hazard for bicyclists and walkers alike. Thanks.

Low hanging tree on the NE corner of 2nd Ave. N. and 50th Street N. Need trimming. It's hitting the tops of cars at this point.

An irresponsible neighbor keeps dumping old furniture and mattresses illegally in the alley (next to this address) and they inevitably get strewn all over the alleyway when the garbage men ignore it. Please send someone to pick them up. Thank you.

I am so tired of the sanitation crew missing the garbage and recycling pickup at this location! I'm required by the city to place garbage on street because there's no alley access and I have to call every week to report a missed pickup. They tell me they will be back the same day and don't show. This has to be resolved.

The sidewalk between 5020 and 5034 3rd Avenue North is covered in mold and becomes very slippery when it's just a little damp. After a rainstorm, it is very slippery. This is a dangerous strip of sidewalk that is deceiving because you don't realize it is slippery until you are walking on it. It needs to be replaced or cleaned.

The homeowner does not keep his holly trees trimmed and they are overgrowing the alleyway and starting to hit passing vehicles.
