Two traffic signs were knocked down during a traffic accident 1.5 months ago, but never replaced. One is a speed limit sign and the second is a no parking sign that was attached to a light pole.

Blind spots exiting communities, fast moving traffic and construction trucks threaten pedestrians and children existing and entering school buses. It is not understood by residents why such a request would be consistently ignored by the city over the frequent requests of residents.

We spend significant dollars to maintain this property and have received multiple garden club awards for this effort. The work that is underway has moved beyond our community, but as of this morning the equipment is still being parked at the Ridgely Manor Entrance. Please have the subcontractor cease storing equipment on this obviously well maintained property for convenience.

There are blind spots from trees/bushes and and many curves making this walkway unsuitable for biking due to lack of visual line of sight. The street is maintained by a community association and used by disabled persons and many elderly residents. This street needs to be designated as pedestrian traffic only by the city.

Correct grass (Burmuda) was never replanted. This area is maintained at community expense, but is city property. Our property manager has made numerous contacts to get this corrected and received promises of action for a year or more. Please replant burmuda sod to restore area to original condition.
