Asphalt in road is starting to buckle in median on Meadowbrook at Parkway (not sure why it says location is (" Rosebury Rd")like it was doing next to the Arby's last Spring.

Lot behind closed FUEL CITY gas station high grass/weeds

High grass/weeds for several weeks now even though reported to Clickfix. Weeds/grasses growing over curb into street

Northbound S. Parkway is strewn with trash/debris from at least Meadowbrook down to Drake along the side and on the overpasses.

Hazardous area on Mtn Gap. There have been at least 2 head on collisions from this exact spot. One ended in a fatality. We were almost hit head on this morning, with our granddaughter in the car. A pick up truck was headed east on Mtn Gap and because the driver was doing the speed limit he was able to safely pull his wheel out without over correcting but did veer into our lane for a split second. There’s steep 18” drop off and no white line is even present. Something has got to be done with this shoulder. I’ve called the city twice about this. Please attend to this before there’s another tragic accident.

This house has been reported before and the reason given by homeowner that the yard was overgrown was due to it classified as a “bird sanctuary “. First of all it’s ridiculous because there are places for birds everywhere among the over 500 homes in Hillwood Estates subdivision. We are not in the county or country where food and nesting places are limited. It’s an eyesore to our small community and a hazard to children and people in general walking through the neighborhood. Please find a way to get this homeowner to take care of their city property.

High weeds by RR tracks and on King’s Inn property

In eastbound lane where fatal car accident occurred several weeks ago the road is still damaged and still open to another potential accident. Speeding can cause one to hit the dip and overcorrect and swerve into unsuspecting traffic and / or sidewalk in westbound lane. There is not even the white line there. Please install a guard rail before another accident occurs.

3 street light out: One on Crestfield bet Overlook and Mtn Gap. One at corner of Overlook and Woodcrest and one other further north on Woodcrest

Water has been pouring out of front yard for at labor 10 hours by mailbox

Corner house has extreme overgrowth of weeds along curb on Clearfield and Overlook and makes the area look horrible.

Also vehicle on grass in front yard for several days

3-4 ft weeds in backyard. Rodent problem due to neglected property
