    Our house has two apartments. There were two recycling bins out out. Only one bin was taken.

    The street work on North Street in Salem has been starting each morning between 7-7:10am! They are jack hammering at 7:00am! It has been happening now for a couple of weeks!!! The houses are shaking and it is affecting on my young, sick children sleeping! Doesn't this break the city ordinance time requirement for when this work can start? This is absolutely terrible!! This is affecting my children's health! Please make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!
