The residents at 757 Hobart continue dump their waste on my property and at the pocket park on Hobart place. I have spoken to them numerous time concerning this issue. They dump illegally on a daily basis. The Photo shows their name and address in the trash bag. It is time to issue them a citation. This happens a few time a week. My trash cans are clearly marked in English and Spanish concerning illegal dumping and for my private use only.

Household waste.... the residents of 739 Hobart continue to dump onto private property. They have been warned by the property owner. This morning the trash was discovered on my property that came from their home. The bag contained mail from their address. I removed the trash from my property and returned it to the 739 hobart.

The yard waste, box spring, yard soil at the top of the alley that connects Hobart Pl nw and Columbia rd. I noticed two homes that had removed their front yard yesterday and today the yard waste is in the alley. The properties that removed their yard waste but did not disorder of it at their property are 722 Hobart Pl nw and 733 Harvard St nw. The properties removed all of their top soil and weeds. One has already replaced the soil with new black potting soil and the other had plastic over the yard where the soil and yard waste was removed. Please investigate.

In alley behind 737 Hobart Pl nw. Trash belongs to 700 Columbia Rd NW. I have told the owner to stop doing this multiple times. The owner does not have trash cans fir his property. Rugs, trash, debris, construction materials, air matress. Address find in trash.
