    This commercial building is the biggest hurdle for Roser Park to overcome. It is a constant problem, from dumping, to the building in disrepair, people living in building, graffiti, dilapidated fencing, attracting crime and drug users, the church placing a loud speaker on the sidewalk and screaming for 30 plus mins at a time. painting the sidewalks, storing untagged trailers and trucks, tenants constantly backing into ajoing property fences and leaving. loitering. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!!!! We are working very hard to improve our neighborhood.
