Large amounts of fuel/oil all along Mt. Pleasant near Banner Hill Way running into drain. Also, what appears to be yellow PVC shavings that could wash into drain.

I'm sure this is already on your radar, but the snow was piled high along Highland street, especially at the corner of Davis, pushed onto sidewalks by the plows, creating ice walls that are nearly impossible to remove by hand. Our concern is about the school children having to get to EGS on foot. There is usually a seated snow blower that comes and clears the walks after bigger snows, but when he came the day after the storm he couldn't clear it--it was just too much. Probably need something much larger. Thank you.

Recently I've been smelling a gas odor in the street near 57 Mt. Pleasant Ave.

When plowing Davis St. and the corner of Highland St., the plows tend to push all the ice and snow up on the sidewalk. This sometimes stacks up to 3 + feet of solid ice and snow. When I try to dig through it to make a path for families walking to and from East Gloucester Elementary, it's so dense I break shovels. This week's storm was especially bad, and plowing on Davis St. not very thorough. The photo here is the hydrant at the corner surrounded by solid ice. Again, this is very difficult to cut through with shovels. All of this leaves kids having to share the street with traffic coming and going from the school. This was removed by a digger at one point two years ago after a similar storm, but this zone seems to be forgotten. Any help would be appreciate by all. Thank you.

Water rushing out in the middle of the street Highland at Davis. Seems to be coming from utility cover.

There appears to be water coming up through the street next to 7 Blake Ct.

We currently have no water coming into our home. Hard to see if there is water main issues due to snow melt outside, but no signs of problem inside house.
