The traffic signal control on northbound Route 28 at 4th St. in Medford has changed since Rt 28 was repaved/restriped. The signal used to be triggered rarely by traffic entering Rt 28 from westbound 4th St. Now it appears to have reverted to a timed cycle in which it is red for northbound Rt 28 traffic roughly in sync with the signal at Riverside Ave. Northbound Rt 28 drivers are now encountering a red light at 4th St. far more often than they did before the resurfacing.

When Warwick Rd was repaved last year, they did not pave the end of Warwick all the way to where the recent pavement of Lynn Fells Parkway is. They left a band about 5-6’ wide across the end of Warwick Rd of poor, heavily patched pavement that now forms potholes.

When the weather is suitable for paving, please tear up the poor pavement and ”finish” the Warwick paving project by making a clean pavement “joint” from the new pavement on Warwick to the edge of the newest pavement on Lynn Fells Parkway.

Significant bump in new bike lane in BU bridge. It is exactly at this bike symbol at the end of the actual bridge, northbound.

This bump could throw an unprepared cyclist from their bike.

No Christmas tree pickup last week or this week. All trees in neighborhood are still on curb.

Previously reported this hole that was cut in the street and blue cone. Cone has been removed but hole remains. Please complete whatever work was started here and restore the street.

The Don't Walk signal is not lighted at all when crossing Park Drive northbound on the west side of Brookline Ave. Notice in photo that the pedestrian signal is completely unlit.
