    Just east of Amherst Coffee driveway to bank of America severe ditch in sidewalk adjacent to utility grate. People avoiding grate due to mobility issues or devices will turn their ankle in ditch on concrete adjacent to grate.

    Snow blocking two Amity St lot parking spaces 514 & 515 next to the cut through into the bank parking lot. The bank parking snow removal folks did not have this problem and they have even more spaces; none have a snow bank in them. We are inconveniencing residents as well as customers of Amherst Cinema, Library, Amherst Coffee, etc and forgoing the revenue from the spaces. This was not a blizzard with no place to go. This photo taken about 12 pm and conditions the same at 1:40 pm
