    Parking in no parking zone. There is a sign that says "no parking here to corner" and dance moms consistently park there making it impossible to see traffic coming down Franklin St while trying to turn out of Greenwood. It is a very dangerous situation and I have seen quite a few near miss accidents there when a car was parked there,yet I rarely see them get ticketed.
