    I have a concern about North Kilby. When we lived there in 2015-2016 the road surface was brand new. That winter it snowed a lot and the big salt truck came up the hill, not down it, and had to dump tons of salt to make it up the hill. It rusted the fenders on my truck and ruined the road surface, which you can see today. But all that salt washes into the slough at the base of North Kilby. Can that be declared a low salt area or just us sand?

    There's a huge pothole in front of the Temple Ahavat Achim across from the Y.

    And why, if all the cars are gone for snow emergencies, are there berms between the road and sidewalk that make it hard for the elderly who go to the Y, City Hall or the libraryto even get to the parking meters?

    This end of Pleasant is full f trash on the road by the curb. In front of 88 there's a drain covered with trash and debris.
