Rental with a lot of issues- broken windows on all floors, tenant throws dead cats out the upstairs windows, front door is busted- they installed a cat door and when main door wouldn't open, they broke open the hole for the cat door and would reach in to unlock the door. Brick header over the front door is falling apart. Trees limbs and brush on the lot- need general clean up and maintenance to the structure.

Old mattress leaned against a shed, pile of ??? under a black tarp in the back yard, driving over the yard- now mud and ruts. Other debris- tree limbs, junk in general in the yard.

Black Chevy Suburban parked on Monument Rd, just north of Cottage Pl NW. At least 2 flat tires.

Caller states this property is trashed! The dwellers throw their trash out the back door and let it lay. Tires are an issue- which there is another SCF issue in the system in regards to the tires.

Front and side porches full of junk. Two demolition cars parked in the back yard.

Within the 900 blk of Friedman Ct SW a report of mattresses plus lots of other trash and debris littering the whole length of the alley. May extend to the 800 blk also.

Tires dumped along the 2000 blk of Lennis Ave SW. Small narrow alley with tires on both sides of the street.

Light blue Mercury Villager van parked on the street in front of this address. Never moves. May have a passenger side front flat tire. Plate HEF3303.

Caller claims lots of "stuff" on the outside of this home. The garage is packed full so the overflow is going in the yard. Furniture, tires, vehicles- you name it. Health has been to the site from a previous SCF complaint.

Male caller states vacant home- open- needs boarded up.

Small blue and white fishing boat on vacant lot on east side of home. Zoning sent letter to property owner, no results. They may not own the boat! CPD can check the vin # for ownership.

May not be described as abandoned- but an on-going issue with car repair at this site. Numerous vehicles on the property, one car parked on the street in front of home has no license plates.

This place has debris in every inch of the yard. Refrigerator, toys, vehicle parts, trash, both front window glasses are broken out- boarded shut. They are trespassing onto a vacant lot to the rear that does not belong to them. Needs a clean up!

Original SCF # 5082658 sent me to 2215 Market Ave N. No vehicles on the site, I closed the case. They replied back the correct address is 2225 Market N. I happened to take a photo of this property while present (attached). They claim 3 vehicles on property, never driven and owner does not live there. Please check for good plates and ownership.

Light gold colored Cadillac in driveway. Previous SCF issue # 5082637 reports the vehicle had sat on the street and now in the driveway. Hasn't been driven in months. Zoning to site but no violations present that falls within my ordinance. Last info from previous SCF states the vehicle belongs to a neighbor.

Blue Toyota parked in front of 1659 Rowland NE with at least two flat tires.
