Southbound weslayan left turn light at Richmond. Cycled thru 3 times and left turn signal never turned green.

Multiple small patches on Fountainview southbound at westheimer, a major intersection, in very close proximity to a manhole cover, have caused multiple holes and collapsing roadway.

Inside lane westbound on Richmond, alongside the curbed median, there is a very large DIP/bump in the road that makes it necessary to slow down to 10mph (if in avg size car) to avoid bottoming out the car. Please even out so no one loses control and wrecks at normal speeds

At the overlay of asphalt (westheimer) into Fountainview, there has become the beginning of a sunken area on the southbound lanes combined with pieces of the Fountainview concrete missing. Holes need to be plugged and a smooth surface layered over to help transition from the higher road back down to the original.

Woodway is crumbling all over - but this is a pothole that has been cheaply patched time and again with asphalt and is not holding up. It needs proper repair/replacement w/concrete.

Large deep pothole in outer lane eastbound.

Previous attempts at filling the pothole have failed. There are more holes and the patchwork has become dangerously bumpy.
