    Leaving qt straight across to veterans memorial, like does not change to green, sometimes for 4-5 rotations. This is ongoing. I have spent up to 10 minutes waiting for green, even when car is positioned partway out onto fifth st.

    Why is the City of St. Charles contracting a company from Chesterfield for lawn care? I am sure there are numerous businesses in our city that could provide the same level of care that this company provides. I believe our tax dollars should go to supporting businesses within the area and not contracted to companies that do not pay taxes in our community!

    Trash cans are always left at the curb at this address. This really distracts from the ambiance of the neighborhood. Isn't there an ordinance prohibiting this practice? The cans have been on the curb for over a year and resident is not handicapped or disabled to the point of not being able to wheel them away from curb.
