    Large tandem dump trucks barrel down 153rd avenue and use their engine brakes all day every day. Due to the massive construction around the area it is intrusive and constant. According to most by-laws, housing acts and other references, I am legally entitled to quiet enjoyment of my home. This violates that and will not be tolerated. Please step in and enforce these laws. I appreciate your help.
