More asphalt it needed to fill hole located in front of hotel.

I live at 10602 Stray Camel Way in Columbia Maryland. We have a dead ash tree that was killed as the result of the Emerald Ash Borer. Per the property tool on your website, the dead tree is on the easement. Please contact me regarding the removal of the tree and the stump. Thanks in advance.

Problem description: Motorists must make an acute angle left turn to enter Route 32 East from southbound Cedar Lane. The "acuteness" of this angle is significantly less than 90 degrees. A large fairly deep hole is in the tip of this acute angle. This hole is not apparent when it is filled with water (which is often), or at night, when the present relative alignments of the roadways make it almost natural to drive into the hole as the motorist attempts the turn. This would be especially true for those motorists who might be unaware of the presence of the hole. Obviously, driving into the hole would do significant damage to vehicles. Moreover, motorists attempting the maneuver around the acute angle are very likely to make too wide of a turn and hence inadvertently enter the right-hand lane of the ramp onto Route 32 east, especially at night. (I have observed close calls with in this regard on more than a few occasions. Even I, who enter eastbound Route 32 often at night, and being aware of the problem, have difficulty staying in my left-hand lane as I make my turn. )
Problem resolution: Pave over a sizeable area, significantly larger than the hole itself, within the acute angle.

I thought that you would appreciate being alerted to a problem (before it progresses further) with disintegration of the apron which connects the road to the curb in front of a storm drain which is located between 6112 and 6116 Fence Post Court in Columbia 21044. There are expanding large chunks of cement missing on either side of the storm drain (forming potholes) and it is also newly evident that sand and stones are washing out from under the connecting roadway and into the drain. The problem has definitely progressed quickly over the winter and after a number of heavy rains this spring.

Resident called to say that there is standing water in front of her house, that it doesn't seem that the storm drain is draining properly.

tree on right hand side of property has been dropping its leaves. Resident concerned that it is dying and may fall during a major storm.

Tree to left of driveway is mostly dead. Resident is afraid during a storm that it may fall.

Resident called and said that there were about 6 trees along Brittany in the vicinity of Pemderton that appear to be dead.

Pothole in front of property is getting larger. (approx 20" wide and at least 6-8" deep)

As you approach route 99 on Woodstock there is a pothole that is getting bigger.

Communications called with report of tree debris in roadway.

Stop sign uprooted and tossed in Cypressmeade Park.

Dead tree is located in the HC easement space to left of home. Also in the area behind property there is another dead tree. (Not sure if this belongs to HC. (PLEASE CALL RESIDENT WHEN WE WILL BE INSPECTING ISSUE).

Branches hanging over road look like they are about to fall.

Tree keeps dropping large branches. Could someone check status of tree.

1 foot diameter pothole at intersection of Hesperus and Castle Moor

Tree between mailboxes 5417 & 5425 are massive and hollowed out. If you enter Trotter from Route 108, it is on the right up from mailbox 5147 I believe (or 5400 something).
This tree needs immediate attention; especially after a month of downpours and other saturated branches have fallen onto Trotter.
One of the overhanging dead branches is as large and heavy as a tree trunk.
Our buses and kids drive under these trees daily. Please investigate and open a report today.
