    The trail of the Land Trust Trails from TollGate Trail to Bankhead Trail crosses Bankhead Parkway at this spot just up from
    The Land Trust parking lot and the sharp curve. This trail crossing across this road has been here years. It is extremely dangerous to have a trail crossing at this location without any sort of warning signs. Trail crossing signs were put at the LandTrust Trail Crossing on Monte Sano Boulevard closer to Burritt Museum. The unmarked trail road crossing on Bankhead gets more trail traffic than the other crossing that the city already put signs at. Please protect our hikers and bikers by putting signs indicating there is a trail crossing at this sharp curve. It would also be great if there were also signs, indicating it was up ahead farther away from the curve to give warning ahead of time since it’s hidden from view until by the crossing. Best possible case would be to enable button activated solar warning lights for hikers and bikers to use like many municipalities use.

    The asphalt along the front of this home’s driveway was not laid to provide a lasting flat surface from roadway to driveway as the other driveways have all along this area and road. Over time the asphalt edge has eroded or chipped off to create a large pothole like surface when going from road to driveway. It is a hazard to drive over this pothole area on road edge when coming onto the busy road at this corner intersection from our driveway.

    It appears that an old post office box or some other sort of metal structure has been removed from the sidewalk here and the really sharp metal pieces and brackets have been left sticking up out of the sidewalk

    On February 6th, HSV utilities or Hsv city did water main repair at edge of my neighbors driveway, curb and on the street. During that work they tore up the grass in a large area along the curb in my yard. They indicated they would replace my grass and repairs to yard would be made. My yard is still bare with dirt/mud. Can this yard please be repaired with sod or seed and straw prepared properly so it grows grass back? It is two and a half months past the water line work the City did.

    Sometime over the weekend a deer was struck on Panorama, it appears that a neighbor has wrapped it in a tarp and moved it off the side of road into th empty lot across the street from 3914 Panorama Drive. Can the city crew that handles this do a pickup?

    Could the city and the school system please consider remedying the issue at the section of sidewalk both in front of and just west of Monte Sano Elementary. All during the school year cars pull off the road onto the sidewalk area for drop off and pickup. As they pull off they drag all the gravel onto the sidewalk. So all year those sections of sidewalk are dangerous for bikers and walkers and strollers and wheelchairs. A permanent solution would be to pave the sidewalk to the road’s edge in those two areas that the school traffic uses, completely eliminating the gravel. It would be like making the sidewalk in that area like a long driveway, which is what it is used for by the cars at the school. Someone is going to get hurt with the sidewalk staying covered in deep and slippery gravel!

    All the pavilions at this park near the playground and along the Greenway are full of Yellowjackets and wasps. Maybe Park maintenance can find the nests and deal with them because you can't sit and picnic, they attack! Maybe would also help if the park had covered trashcans

    The ETV sign is blocking being able to view traffic coming from the right on Monte sano blvd when you are stopped at the stop sign on Mae Drive waiting to turn onto the blvd. it either needs to be higher or moved altogether. This is a very busy summer intersection with Mae Drive going to the neighborhood pool
