The sidewalk on the the east side of Raleigh Blvd between Barksdale Dr. and the greenway entrance near the Crabtree Blvd intersection is being overtaken by vegetation from the bordering city and private property. In essence the usable portion of this sidewalk is shrinking. Can this section of the sidewalk be cleaned up to make it more pedestrian friendly?

A dead tree has fallen across the greenway and is blocking it. It is between the first and second bench heading from Raleigh Blvd towards the small park on the other section of Crabtree Blvd that is not connected to Capital and Raleigh Blvd's. I do not know the mile markers as I don't pay attention to them and forgot to make note of them yesterday. Approximate GPS coordinates are 35.804411, -78.602177 (according to google maps at any rate).

Overgrown trees and vines are impacting the side walk between Barksdale Dr. and the entrance to the Buckeye Trail Greenway. Can this vegetation been cut back/trimmed so the side walk can be used with out having to duck and weave to avoid over hanging branches and vines and stepping off the side walk on to the grass between the sidewalk and curb?
