Two vehicles parked at the stop sign... One with a trailer. There was also a car parked on the other side (earlier in the day) which made it very difficult to stop at the sign when there was another vehicle coming southbound because there was no way for that car to go through.

A section of street lights are out from Murphy Park area to the Medical complex near Hefner Parkway. This area has deer that can cross or be near the road along with runners and bikers. Light need to be operable in this area.

Parking within 30ft of a stop sign. There is almost always one or two cars parked here. Causes issues when the intersection is busy or when the school bus stops at location.
