Signage vs lane markings make for unclear traffic flow. Cars going eastbound that want to turn southbound toward Providence or traffic coming northbound out of Providence turning eastbound onto old Monrovia are in what appear to be protected "right turn only" lanes with a solid white line, so there should be no conflicting traffic from the traffic circle. Yet those lanes also have yield signs, even though there shouldn't be anyone to yield to. This makes for confusion and danger as drivers come to complete stops and get confused in situations where they should be able to proceed. Recommend left lanes of eastbound and northbound headed into the round about get arrows added to their yield signs to indicate yielding is only necessary for their lanes. Alterbate signage should replace the yield signs for the right lanes of said directions to indicate no yielding is necessary.

The patch after underground utilities work has sunk in quite a bit and is almost like a 4x4 pot hole. Cars with lower clearance are very likely to get damaged

I reported this 6 months ago and Huntsville utilities closed it twice claiming this was fixed when it clearly isn't. There still is, and always has been, a constant flow of water coming from under the pavement. I drive past this spot on my way to and from work everyday, so I keep an eye on it pretty regularly.

I'm not a civil engineer nor a geologist, but given the close proximity to a bridge that I assume goes over a natural creek, and it looks like the area around the bridge was probably built up during construction, meaning the terrain adjacent to the bridge where this leak is isn't naturally occurring, I don't see how this isn't what is slowly occurring:

I believe a very similar thing happened downtown recently and it made the news. It's going to look pretty bad if/when this forms a sinkhole that takes out not only the road, but possibly damages part of a bridge on a heavily traveled road. It'll look even worse when I point out to local media that I've been reporting this for over 6 months now. Because if/when this happens, you can be sure I will.

For the record, the pictures I'm posting were taken at 8:25 on 29 June 2017. I live pretty close to this location and can confirm we haven't had any precipitation since the morning of 24 June 2017 (remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy). There was some rain approaching the area when I took this picture but it had not made it to this intersection yet and all the roads were otherwise bone dry.

It's the same stretch of Capshaw/Old Monrovia that has a seam in the asphalt that needs patching every year.

I've seen them reported by others a few times on Waze but those reports disappear after a few hours so I assume you all dont check there for pothole reports.

On the east side of the round about, there always seems to have water on the ground. I believe there's a water line access right there so maybe there's a leak?

Base of light pole in median is not screwed down all the way. Looking westward at the poles, they don't all appear to be standing at the same angle. The pole in question seems to have it's two southern most screws loose with a visible gap between the ground mount plate and the pole's base plate.
