Please come pick up two piles of brush. We spent some time cleaning up the trees this morning. This one brush pile (as pictured) and then we left a small pile of palm fronds near the mangroves edge. Thank you.

2nd request for new signage at southeast corner of 74th Avenue NE and Locust Street NE. Teenage thugs pushed over sign months ago. This is our second request; first S.C.F. request made more than six weeks ago. Please advise. Thank you.

This little retention pond is almost completely filled with algae. The little fish and wildlife are undoubtedly choking underneath the algae. Is there anything we can do to eliminate the algae? We have previously raked it out but it is now too much to rake. Please advise. Thank you.

the "no trespassing" sign on the southwest corner of 74th Avenue and Locust Street NE has been damaged. Two kids in a white SUV pushed the sign over with their car back in October 2022. Please replace the post and sign. Thank you.

The city put this fence up in the park about five years ago. Some guys apparently broke it down about a week ago and have been trespassing back into this area. Neighbors have said that these guys are going back there at all times of the day and night. Please repair the fence/gate and replace the "no trespassing signs" that they destroyed. Thank you.

Duke Energy workers removed this dead palm tree several months ago and hauled it to the north end of the park. Lots of bees were flying around so they had no choice but to leave it. Last week, a few teenage boys were pulling on the rope around the tree but took off running when they noticed the bees too. Can someone come out to remove this dead, bee-infested tree before someone gets hurt, please? Thank you.

These bollards should be put in cement. Have noticed two people in the last two weeks pull up these three bollards so they can drive their vehicles to the back, retrieve their kayaks and drive up front again. One guy put the bollards back, the other left them on the ground and we put them back in. IF these were cemented in, these trespassers would not be driving their trucks back. Ideally, all bollards will be cemented in for security purposes.

This white PVC pipe is in the retention pond leaning on the drain. We do not know where it came from, who placed it there, etc. Just trying to ascertain if it belongs in the water and its use.

Third request. Is there anything you can do to eliminate the algae in this retention pond? We keep raking it out but it is growing faster than we can keep up with it. The algae may be killing the wildlife in the pond. There seems to be much less active fish, don't see the crabs anymore and even the turtle looks green and sickly. Please get rid of the algae if you can.

Second request. The algae is growing in this little pond, chocking out the fish and crabs. The ducks and birds don't swim in this water anymore. Is there something the city or county can do to help with this algae? A few years ago, they put some chemical in the pond to hasten the elimination of the algae. Thank you.

please remove tree debris in park. It's been there for weeks. We trimmed up some of the trees several months ago and cannot put it all in our trash bins. This is second request. Thanks.

The little pond on the south east corner of 74th Avenue NE and Locust Street NE is full of algae. Is there something someone can put into the pond to help with this? There are fish and crabs that live in this pond, ducks and birds use it but the algae is growing and choking out the oxygen. Thanks.

  • 76th Ave Ne; North End Of Cedar And Oak Streets Ne Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
The creek at the north end of Cedar, Oak and Locust Streets NE and 76th Ave NE is very dirty, kids throwing boards or logs in it, has two shopping carts in the mud. Needs to be drenched before the rainy season. Definitely needs to be cleaned. If we see which kids are doing this damage, we will call police.
  • 74th Ave And Locust Street Ne Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
The concrete drain located at the west side of the retention pond, east of 74th Ave and Locust St NE, appears to be broken. A big concrete slab is leaning/slanted. Of course, pond is full right now so repairs might need to wait until water evaporates a little but maybe someone can inspect it.
