    During a heavy rain, water is bubbling out of a crack in the road itself, a couple of yards downhill from the manhole cover between the new construction and the modern concrete block bulding on the other side. The water is carrying a lot of sand with it, indicating that the road might eventually collapse.
    This area has big problems with heavy rains flooding the street and spilling over into nearby houses.

    The sidewalk on 2 sides of the new building is pretty well destroyed by the new construction. The walks on both Richdale and School by the new building should be replaced
