    Can City send out a truck w/a water tank? I will meet you w/stiff push broom and try to scrub circle of tire rubber off our beautiful brick streets. I think if I can get it wet it will loosen up w/a broom and can be washed away somewhat.     some pond scum used his car to destroy his tires and make a rubber tire black bulls eye in the middle of this intersection on our beautiful bricks. Could the street sweeper PLEASE come and go over this large eyesore to loosen it up and hopefully 'erase' some of it. THANK YOU
