    One of the water line covers at the intersection of Prindivilleans Dennison had come out and was lying in the road. I put it back in the spot it had come from, but it’s loose and can easily get knocked out again. If it’s in the street and someone hits it with their car it will cause a lot of damage and possibly an accident.

    Car has been parked on the street for two months. It never moves and doesn’t belong to any permanent residents. It's a black BMW sedan MA 4LB 285. The car appeared around the time the residents of 12 Berkshire Road moved out, earlier this fall. The car is parked legally (for now), but it seems very odd that it hasn't been moved in months and doesn't belong to anyone who lives on the street.

    There are three abandoned shopping carts in Prindiville Ave. one at the corner of Berkshire and two at the edge of the conservation land heart 126.
  • Parking Issues Acknowledged

    People are parking their vans and cars on the sidewalk on the last block of Prindiville, near the intersection with 126. This has been an ongoing problem that seemed to have been resolved, but this morning at 6:55 there were two vehicles parked in the sidewalk. Also, people are once again parking on the front lawn of the house directly across the street. These vehicles all appear to belong to workers who are living/staying in that house.

    I suspect that the properties at 64-68 Prindiville Ave are being operated as an illegal rooming house. It appears that someone is running a construction business out of these these addresses and using the two properties to house workers. I have already reported numerous parking issues at these properties, but I think they need to be escalated to a zoning violation. Other neighbors have commented on my report of parking violations and have confirmed that it appears that multiple construction workers are living in these two houses.

    At this property and the one immediately next to it (toward 126) there are regularly multiple cars parked on the front lawn. It seems like a contractor is using these houses as a base, and possibly housing workers in the houses. This has been going on for a few months, ever since 44 Prindiville was sold.
