    Alley easement full of trash behind homes on 40th Ave North between 28th St and 26th St. Grass is extremely high in the same alley. Rodents and other small vermin are starting to become a huge problem due to the overgrowth and build up of trash and debris.

    I live on the north side of 40th Avenue in Pinellas County. Vehicles travel between 26 Street and 28th Street at a high rate of speed. One thing I've noticed is sheriff's deputies happened to be the most frequent offenders. I have contacted the city of st. Petersburg to no avail seeing as how the north side of the street is part of Pinellas County. I understand they may need to return respond to a call but the excessiveness and frequency of the speeding is absurd. Civilian traffic is also a very common issue on this particular road. there is no road between 26 and 28 Street too slow or calm traffic. I have a 7 year old daughter who frequently plays outside with her neighborhood friends and quite frankly I am terrified every moment she's out there.
