Could someone come out and check out Jefferson Street? Years ago had a large hole filled on Jefferson, near Washington Reported hole half a block from Washington, on Jefferson in January Now have it forming in my yard between the prior holes

Stop sign was tired and laid down. Needs help.

Sidewalk sinking. Creates pond that foot traffic has to go through or in yard around it.

Temporary metal plates on Algonquin road in front of main post office are stacked and sticking up causing a huge hazard.

All lights out in neighborhood. Last report Aug 5.

"The Mineral Spring" fountain at entrance to Towne Park full of stagnant water which cannot drain.

Made it a little over a month now with the lights working correctly. All the lights out in the area again. Multiple times this year. Please replace this switch.

Is there something more I can do to get this issue resolved correctly once and for all? Please refer back to all the prior outages in the area and let me know. Thank you.
