Water gushing through where repair work was recently done. Gushing down the street, coming up through pavement.

Over 80 degrees and neither the water fountains or splash pad are working. Water doesn't appear to be on.

The pedestrian light where Bridge St meets the Bridge St bypass is skipped. I was at the end of the path and trying to cross Bridge St from the path to the Bell apartments this morning and waited three light cycles. The pedestrian light never signaled and I crossed when there was a break in the traffic.

There are MANY sidewalks on Webb St that are not clear. The issues extend from Essex to Bridge.

Many of the homes with uncleared sidewalks have addresses on streets off of Webb but which share a corner with Webb. Their front sidewalks are cleared but the Web St side is not.
The large brown fence across from the walkway is city owned property and was unplowed as of this morning, as was the walkway behind Amazing Pizza.

The propeller shop was completely unplowed as were numerous other addresses. I couldn't possibly collect and report them all but someone should inspect ALL of Webb St.

The path along the Bridge St Bypass was not cleared of snow and ice as of this morning.

Christmas Tree in the middle of the sidewalk at 92 Bridge St. I don't know if the tree belongs to 92 Bridge St, but it was in front of 92 Bridge St and blocking the sidewalk.

Sidewalks on the cove side of Webb St between Essex and Amazing Pizza have for the most part not been cleared out and in places they were, trash and recycling bins took blocked the clear paths completely. Was forced to walk in the street with the kids. The snowstorm happened Saturday. All sidewalks should be cleared now. This is a regular issue every winter on Webb St in particular. People need to be forced to clear their sidewalks.

I routinely cross Bridge St at this intersection with my young child at about 820 every morning. Two days ago we were nearly hit by a car in the crosswalk in that the bumper made contact with my purse inside the crosswalk --- while we had the crosslight. Then today cars blocked the crosswalk during a red light, making it difficult for me to safely cross the street in the time allotted by the crosslight.

This intersection needs some immediate TLC either in the form of a barrel in the middle of the crosswalk reminding drivers there is a crosswalk or in the form of police monitoring the traffic for a few days. Drivers need reminding that the road needs to be shared with pedestrians and they need to not block or enter the crosswalks when they have a red light and pedestrians have the crosslight.

I can't remember exactly where it was as I was walking my daughter to school when we came across it. It's somewhere around the corner of Pickman and Webb in the addresses in the 90s. It's on the side across the street from the Cove.
