This problem has existed for 5 years. The pole on property at 8 Kimball fell over and Verizon replaced it but left the old pole with wires attached. Over time the Power company ( Eversource) changed the power lines over to the new pole and about a year later a utility changed over the street light. This leaves the cable and phone lines of RCN, Verizon and Comcast to be moved. How can property abutters put some pressure on these companies?

In the street in front of my house near the sewer cover there is one big and 2 small potholes forming. The street is heavily used by school buses and persons driving children and dogs to Garfield park.

Our street is dark. The street light is out because it is not wired up. It is on the wrong telephone pole. NSTAR changed the pole and their wires and transformer but did not wire up the light. This has been going on for 2 1/2 years.

Street light is presently on the old pole that is being removed slowly. Power lines were moved on June 16 to new pole but street light remains on old pole and it is not wired.

Pole is in front of 8 Kimball which is my neighbors house.
