On my walk today in Listowel Park and back I took a photo of the street storm drain on the north west corner of 71st and Quivira in front of the rock house.

I’m not complaining about the street sweeper because it does a fine job on curbs but it can’t get down into the entrances if some of the storm drains. Public works probably needs to remove this or maybe put it on the mowing schedule so the weeds don’t get too tall in it.

consistent code issues - tall grass, pool not completely fenced in, cars get parked in back yard, 2 large dead trees in backyard.

I was walking in Garrett Park last night. Looks like there are some patches to address settling in the slabs on the approaches to the ped bridges. I’m hoping these are temporary pending some mudjacking? Doesn’t appear the concrete was properly insulated after the patches were poured. This one in the photo is only gonna last a few more freeze/thaw cycles based upon the cracks already there.

There is a couch that is located at the end of the road of Johnson Dr & Locust St. Resident has contacted the landfill about it multiple times, but it seems to be a dumping issue instead. Can someone check it out?

Pavement at Payne & Clear Creek Pkwy in bad shape. Multiple potholes & retains water.
