    A friend of a friend witnessed mugging of female victim standing outside 601 Minnesota St while witness rode on bus 22. Informed driver to please stop and help and call police, but driver refused. Bad Muni driver!!!

    SIDEWALK BLOCKING: Maybe permitted (200911302208?), but should not have been! Almost complete blockage of sidewalk, so owner could privatize sidewalk and create level parking spot for himself on a steep hillside. This prevents wheelchairs from using it, and forces pedestrians into the street. They should have to tear it down and restore sidewalk to uniform condition.
