Received from Community Policing Officer Numerous Complaints no water, no power owner has been using a generator for weeks

Overgrown Lot is a safety concern for PSTA bus riders and pedestrians in this vicinity. Riders fear this could be a hiding spot for perpetrators

This item was originally reported on 10/19/16 and closed by Utilities, however, Water line is still exposed, resident is afraid tree growth has caused exposure and will damage water line and cause major damage, Community Development would like water line relocated.

Residents on Lincoln Ave are reporting rats and other wild life coming from overgrown lot on NW corner of 132nd Ave and 125th St.

Traffic signal is cycling TOO FAST for North/South bound traffic cars are backed up to Berea Baptist Church.

Traffic signal is cycling TOO FAST for north/south bound traffic only 3 to 4 cars going through before light changes, causing a severe back up all the way south to Florida Hospital, especially between 7-8am.

Large tree stumps have been dumped in from of this vacant parcel. Road is very narrow at this junction and navigation is extremely hard for passing. Extreme safety risk especially at night because there are no street lighting
