    Suggestion: as there are in some neighborhoods, add bags with waste disposal sites for dog owners placed along major greenways. I'd suggest trying this along the first several miles of the Neuse Trail first. There are far too many people that think the greenways are a public area for their dogs to defecate and not clean up. This is becoming a problem especially on the Neuse Trail and can even become a health risk. I would not think this would be overly expensive to implement and may help solve the problem. Thanks
