SUNSHINE AVE REPAIRS SPALLING IN 2 LOCATIONS
These pothole issues were recently closed by Paula (Thak You) after temp repairs were applied early this season. The repairs are now badly spalling and breaking up

POTHOLE # 1 of 3 that are worsening and deepening Dec 31, 2023. This one is Near Brown St. These are repaired annually but are very bad right now

Pothole at beginning of Norroway Ave opposite #6 and at mailboxes of home on Oak St

This is in the center courtyard of Welch Development RHA @ Sunshine Ave. This tree has not done much damage however there are other limbs/branches down which have caused minor damage, This the remaining trunk of a Large DOUBLE TRUNKED tree, the larger trunk fell onto the community room of the campus, which is in the opposite direction of the downed trunk in this pic. That was in Dec 2020 during the Pandemic

THIS POTHOLE IS AT CENTER OF SUNSHINE AVE OPPOSITE RHA WELCH DEVELOPMENT ENTRANCE SIGN AND ON TOWN PROPERTY. IT WILL MAY NOT LAST THROUGH THE PLOWING SEASON

One of the ONE WAY SIGNS at the vehicle EXIT for NEW JERUSALEM CHURCH was knocked down the pole across the sidewalk and the actual sign was laying IN THE STREET. I pushed the pole onto the lawn and picked up the sign placing it there also. There were both still their this morning FRI SEPT 8th

This hole is small but DEEP and with cracked blacktop all around it is deteriorating rapidly

There is another further down, mid Norroway opposite #11 but in the middle of the street is larger and deeper becoming a small canyon and a pond during rains

Here at a point where OAK ST (WB) splits approaching N MAIN (28 N/S) opposite CHESTNUT ... THIS IMPORTANT STATE SIGNAGE IS OBSCURED BY A LARGE TREE BETWEEN ON THE PROPERTY OF EITHER 6 OR 8 OAT ST. THE TOP PART OF THE SIGN OVER THE RIGHT ARROW SAYS 28 N.
It might also say NO RIGHT ON RED because people every day IGNORE or CAN'T SEE the TWO NO TURN ON RED SIGNS up to the corner.

In the grass at the corner or Aster St @ Norroway Ave this AM Thursday June 1, 2023

An Asian neighbor who has a 2-car garage and 2 parking spaces seems to think they can BLOCK THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK using it also as a private parking space. I have seen women with toddler and baby carriage have to go out onto the street around such obstructions

The weekly trash and recycle receptacles blocking most of Randolph's public walkways, like OAK ST is also a shame. Even I am forced to walked onto a busy street to go around these

I report these each year as cracking and break-up and deterioration of annual patch fixes cracks and breaks up, often from plowing the previous winter. On 3/2/23 I reported these on #14144968 (along with 14144941 - NORROWAY AVE) BOTH WITH PICTURES. And as on 4/26 - I noticed them getting worse, DEEPER, I added new pix in a COMMENT to 14144968 instead of making a new report. These past few days (5/7) I see the holes getting worse and even deeper, multiple hazards, so I took new pix and make this NEW REPORT. Please forgive. Thank you

There has been a dead and decaying animal (perhaps a large bird) at the corner of OAK @ WEBSTER Sts this morning Friday April 28, 2023

Previously repaired surface areas are breaking up and spalling as each year from Brown St down to the Entrance/Exit of Welch Development RHA. Some are deeper than others.
