    Red traffic light hanging over center of intersection is out. Green light is OK. Heading away from Stoughton on Warren Street toward Main Street.

    Several utility poles on Pleasant Street down from Main Street have dangling wires. They are a tripping hazard for pedestrians, are within hand reach for children or vandals. I hope they are not power cables, that would be very dangerous. A wire midway between poles 2 and 3 is dangling down. Other poles have what looks like a ground wire that was once covered with a plastic protective cover held on with staples, but the staples have come out, the cover is loose, and the wires are exposed. This is on poles #2, 3, 4, and others.

    This trash/recycle bin has been sitting on the sidewalk for at least two months. It never gets taken in or taken away. It's an obstruction and an eyesore.

    I think this is supposed to be a "Do Not Enter" sign to tell you to not drive the wrong way down the one-way street, but it's upside down and so worn as to be unreadable. It's been there since at least September 2019.

    What appears to be a child's swingset or play station has been broken up and tossed on the sidewalk in front of the house. The debris has been sitting there untouched for almost two weeks.

    Pothole has opened up in the middle of the intersection of Pearl Street and Jacobs Road. It's in the street near 17 Pearl, but not on their property. Pothole is about 1.5 foot wide and an inch or two deep, but it's a busy intersection in the neighborhood and will surely get bigger before long.
