    The two skinny “islands”on Pine Street that are there for traffic taming are almost impossible to see at night, particularly in the rain. I’d like to request bigger reflectors on them. I know a number of people who have nearly driven into them at night. Thank you

    There continues to be junk distributed at this corner right at the stop sign and next to the bus stop. With all the work that’s being done to make the sidewalk and bridge improvements, this scattering of junk is really not contributing to the positive feeling we should be having on this street. This has been reported multiple times. Much of this stuff is literally pulled from a dumpster and put there I have seen it being done. I have a list of suggestions that might help the situation. Please contact me so that I can offer my suggestions or I’m happy to meet with somebody.

    Chair has been sitting there for weeks. Person continues to pull things from dumpster and put out in that area for people to take. I have reported this before. It’s a health hazard and an eyesore, and especially when the area is being fixed up with the new bridge and the new apartments on Cowles Road. I’d like there to be something done to keep an eye on this area and remove things when they are there for more than a couple of days and/or put signs out explicitly preventing dumping things on that corner.

    Someone who I believe is a resident of Mill Hollow Apartments has been putting out junk on this corner for years. On occasion there are things that somebody else actually wants and they take it, otherwise it’s just trash. This picture only shows part of what is currently there... there’s more strewn about. Most of the time the same junk stays there for weeks at a time. I have reported this situation in the past but it continues. I’d like the town and or manager of the apartment buildings to find a way to prevent this junk from littering the corner and Bus stop area.

    Someone pulls things out of dumpsters and leaves them there for people to take. Occasionally it is a usable item and people take them. Often it is junk and left there for weeks. This stuff in photo has been there at least 3 weeks. How can we get this to stop, and give the neighborhood a respectable feeling?

    The length of Summer St has but one sign cautioning drivers to be aware of children. That one sign is old, rusty, and bent. There are more and more families with young children living on this street, and cars speed down it every day. Let's at least act like it's an issue of importance and put a few new "CHILDREN AT PLAY" signs along the street.

    Please send this on to the proper channels, as I am not certain to whom this should be addressed.

    There has been a large overstuffed chair sitting by the road on Summer St. since the beginning of the summer. It’s in front of the fence , behind which is Elizabeth Verrill’s house. She didn’t put the chair there nor did her tenant, and she isn’t certain if the chair is on her property or not.

    I live across the street at 148 Summer St. The chair is an eyesore, and I’d like to know how it should be dealt with.

    There are many dogs running around on the beach at the North Beach of puffers Pond. They run around right there on the sandy beach, and swim in the water. The website says that no dogs are allowed there at the beach or in the water however, there are no signs posted saying such. It's difficult to request that people don't do this. Could there please be some noticeable signs right at the beach explaining those rules? Please do this now while summer is just beginning.

    Deer crossing often enough to warrant at least a temporary sign. I've had a deer crossing Summer St. when i was driving, twice in the past couple of weeks, and today a young deer was visiting my backyard and checking out the neighboring yards. People ZOOM down Summer St, an age old problem, and I'm pretty concerned about the deer. Could you put a sign or two about that? Thank you so much for considering it.
