    There is a sewer manhole in the intersection with Hanover Road that is not seated properly and below the pavement grade such that a lot of noise is generated as traffic passes over. Could this be adjusted to better match the pavement elevation?

    There is frequent traffic on Hanover Road going far in excess of the 25 MPH posted speed limit placing children, pedestrians and cyclists in danger as there are no sidewalks or shoulders on this road. Last week, I observed a car estimated to be driving in the 40 MPH speed range blowing by a group of cyclists on Hanover Road.
