    I did a report last night. This morning I realized that the top of the tree had been hit by lightning. The top of the tree has collapsed. And is being held up by the maple tree and cedar trees in the alley and backyard of 4705 as Asbury Pl., Northwest.

    All the broken limbs are across the alley, up high.

    This drain is not working because it is clogged. I've reported it three times now. You keep saying it's taken care of but nothings been done. At least knew so on the shovel out the job so that the water won't build up. Thank you, your help is greatly appreciated.

    Drain needs to be cleared. Otis blocked and causes water to run in roadway. This drain is right in front of Pete's Pizza. There is a mail box & trash can right there.
