Three couches have been dumped in the bus stop, blocking ADA access to both the stop and the sidewalk.

Base collar on this lamp post is broken. Lamp post is on corner of 14th Ave & Foothill with ID number N10241.

A large tree branch has fallen into the median park at this location. It is not blocking traffic or sidewalks.

Three plastic bags filled with yard waste, along with an exposed pile of yard waste have been dumped in the drainage swale at this location. The unbagged pile is sitting on top of the drain cover, but does not appear to be blocking the inlets.

More garbage has been dumped in the mini-park and now covers a majority of the park's area. Several different types of waste.

Car accident last night caused damage to one of the new light polls. Also damaged a new tree planted along 15th Ave sidewalk, and left some small debris on the sidewalk.

Couch/loveseat, several old wooden window frames, and lots of broken grass have been dumped on 16th Ave on the same side as San Antonio Park

Two Waste Management bins have been abandoned on the sidewalk. They have been here for more than a week. They both contain garbage. All of the neighbor's bins are accounted for, so these have been placed here by someone who does not live on this block of 15th Ave.
