Local resident requests cleaning of the set of four parking lot storm drain inlets/through-curb drain pipes in public Parking Lot along 700-block of Haight Street. Clogged with leaves.

Homeowner concerned/complains about Chronic gutter line ponding issue along 6th St frontage of 563 Lincoln Ave

Resident concerned about damaged street tree

Boat is propped up and leaning on Grand Street Boat Ramp dock this afternoon. Person with this boat was reported to be working on the boat, scraping the boat hull, and leaving hazardous materials on the dock. The attached photo was taken at about 4:40 PM on Tuesday, 12/12/23. Boat Registration # was CF 6796 SL, with a 2023 registration sticker.

Remove accumulated debris and trash in surface storm drainage culvert along side of Oak Street at and immediately upgradient from storm drain inlet Common ID#101889. Construction site protections are still guarding the storm drain inlet, but culvert is accessible from r-o-w.

Remove Agave obstructing storm drain inlet and overhanging curb/street.

Remove accumulated debris, bark, leaves, filter cloth, etc... from the grated storm drain inlet in vegetated swale along southbound Webster St at location pictured. The DI is at the bottom of the photo. Location is below In-N-Out Burger, but receiving drainage off of S-bound Webster. No City Storm Drain Inlet/CB Common ID# appears to be available for this location.

Abandoned waste on public right of way

Storm Drain inlet grate has been displaced and needs to be replaced. It has settled at the bottom of the overflow inlet catch basin at this location, under the existing trash capture device in the inlet.
The Trash Capture device can be easily moved by hand to access the bottom of the catch basin.

The street tree in front of this address was reported to be in ill health by a neighbor. The neighbor is also concerned that recent and on-going residential remodeling work at this address may have caused damage to this tree.

Remove abandoned straw wattle waste (from EBMUD sewer project) from storm drain inlet in front of 1563 Buena Vista Ave.

Request to clean the storm catch basin at this location/manhole.
Trash capture device contractor reported a dead animal at this CB. Staff recon prior to sending this request confirms debris in this CB and at the trash capture device here, but no obvious animal or rank smell.

Clean out accumulated leaf debris from CB#102799 along the Court Street frontage of Otis Elementary School Significant leaf debris ..

Request to clean out accumulated debt in catch basin and catch basin outlet pipe at CB#101870. There is a trash capture device here but outlet pipe down flow from device also has accumulation of leaves and sediment debris .

Request to cleanout accumulated debris in Catch Basin #100809 along the east side of Third Street at/near the NE corner of the intersection with Brush Street.

Remove accumulated litter and debris in accessible, open street gutter and culvert along west side of Oak Street at/near the intersection with Blanding Ave.

Request to clean out accumulated debris in (public/City) storm drain catch basin #101906 along Park Street at the SW corner of intersection with Blanding Ave. Larger pieces of wood and other larger debris along with accumulated litter is in this CB and jammed in inlet/outlet pipes. No trash capture device here.
