At the Grand View Pavillion someone dumped a bunch of green waste (leaves, dirt, twigs, etc.) see attached pic.

Please widen drive way Westward and replace crumbling drive approach that is damaging vehicle and creates a public trip hazard, thank you.

Tree is declining after sidewalk work and resident does not want to lose the trees therefore a proposed restoration approach is required.

Sidewalk displaced/damaged during April windstorm, please repair, thank you.
