Storm drain cover has fallen into the storm drain exposing a big open area that is dangerous for pedestrians crossing or a car trying to drive over it. It needs a barrel instantly.

On 3/3/23 about 5:30 pm, a dead tree in Palmer Park snapped off at the trunk and the top part fell hitting power lines along Hamilton Rd creating a power outage for 11 residents for the next 2 days. The broken tree needs to be removed.

This is the 4th request. (2 by phone and another by this app. Someone came out to fix the light but the fix didn't last.

This is my third annual report to you about this problem.

The street light in front of this address is out. This has been reported twice in the past year but no repair.

Dead tree is across the street from the residence. It fell over the fence from Palmer Park. Part of it is in the street. There are numerous such dead trees on the edge of Palmer Park that DTE has only been willing to cut to below power lines. Eventually they fall like this one.

Guesstimated location: on 7 Mile, about 200' west of traffic light at Pontchartrain, in Westbound left hand lane. I pulled a orange drum over it for now.

This hydrant has been out of service for at least a year...probably longer but we didn’t know. The Fire Dept came out this summer hoping to do a simple repair but determined it’s a bigger job. We’re still waiting. The distance to other hydrants: 378’ to the South or 474’ to the North. Do the fire trucks carry an extra 4-500 feet of hose or would they have to go back to the station if there was a fire?

This street sign has been laying here for a few months. It is blocking part of the sidewalk and is an accident waiting to happen. There is another one 300’ to the East, closer to the light at Pontchartrain Blvd.

A large amount of asphalt is missing down to the concrete underneath, and rerod is showing.

No plowing on most if any streets between 6 and 7 Mile, East of Woodward Ave. This is a photo taken at 494 West Greendale.

A square opening in the ground...may get be for public lighting? This has been open for months. Someone put police tape on it, but this is an accident waiting to happen.

Location is on 7 Mile at Bauman St. you should check the fire hydrant also because the street and sidewalk are damaged right next to the hydrant. This street problem continues to worsen. Maybe there is a water leak under the street????
