    fence on the east side of my house that belongs to the owner of price choppers old building.
    There is a large 10' section missing from the fence. There are also parts that need replaced.

    Then there are trees that have been cut down and not replaced. (Screening facilities chapter 17.74 says any trees removed will be replaced with new ones)
    Also the section shows any fence in need of repair will be repaired by the owner or fined by the city.
