Water has been trickling up from the water main on the sidewalk in front of the house. it's been trickling for 3-9 weeks now.

At Two Intersections, Traffic Lights completely dark. Corner of Belvedere & Idlewood Ave. and corner of S. Laurel St. & Idlewood Ave.

Leaking Underground Water Pipes. Two different leaks on the same block. In the middle of the 600 block of S laurel St, water is coming out of the ground in 2 places & flowing down both sides of the street. It's been leaking for several days or more.

Someone threw a large amount of brush clippings right in the street. On the north side of Parkwood ave a short distance west on the corner of Lombardy St. It's in the street & completely blocking the sidewalk. I reported another big pile of trash back in the summer that blocked that same sidewalk. It didn't get picked up for a long time, so the sidewalk remained blocked for weeks & weeks.

302 S Cherry St at the corner of Idlewood Ave. water coming up out of the street or ground & running down the street or turning to ice.

28 Pieces of Furniture. Some are Large & Heavy. In the alley next to the dumpster. The neighborhood volunteers tried to get all this on volunteer alley cleanup day, but the trash truck got filled up before getting to this pile. The rest of the neighborhood is now nice & free of discarded bulk items. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come get this pile soon. Some of this junk has been there for 10 months. This is the alley between S Laurel & S Cherry St. - between St Andrew's School & St. Andrew's Church.

Water seeping out of water main for the past three weeks or longer. It does this off & on for the last 2+ years. It gets fixed by the city then leaks again in a few months. Water main is between the sidewalk & the curb. Please fix soon. I'm tired of paying such a high water bill.

Tree Clippings - pruned from city trees on city of Richmond property. These clippings did not come from private property. They have been gathered in a pile under the magnolia tree at the corner of S. Laurel St. & Oregon Hill Parkway.

Several hundred lbs. of tree limbs blown down in the storm. The limbs are laying in the street (but not blocking traffic) at corner of Idlewod Ave. & S. Pine st.

Two Large Mattresses & a Chest of Drawers abandoned on the sidewalk in front of the house. (Visible from the street) I didn't put them there.

Again, water is seeping out of the water connection between the sidewalk & curb in front of 308 & 310 S Cherry St. This is about the 4th or 5th leak over 24 months. It gets fixed then it starts leaking again a few months later. That's happened repeatedly......

Water Main is seeping water out of the meter cover in front of 308 S Cherry St. (between the sidewalk & the street). It's not a big leak, a fairly slow seeping. This is the 3rd time it's been leaking in the past 12-18 months. The city has come to fix it the other times. The water leak just keeps coming back a few months later. Oh well......

There is a big shortage of parking spaces on-street in Oregon Hill. Here are two suggestions to free a few spaces: Unnecessary restricted parking signs are posted in three different spots on the 200 block & 300 block of S Cherry St. At 224 S. Cherry St. the William Byrd Community House has curtailed its operations & more or less closed down. So it is not using the bus loading zone or the handicapped parking zone that takes up 4-6 spaces. I haven't seen any of those spaces being used for months now. Would you consider removing those restricted parking signs in front of 224 S Cherry St.
At 328 S Cherry St, there is a 1-hour restricted parking zone (taking up 2-3 car spaces) in front of a building that used to be a retail commercial establishment. But there hasn't been a commercial establishment there for upwards of 10 years. Can you consider removing that sign & letting anyone park there? Thank you.

A large amount of Grass/Sod/Dirt was scraped off the brick sidewalk & put in the gutter. The brick sidewalks now look great, but can the city take care of hauling away the clumps of grass & dirt? It's laying on 500 block of S Pine St about 25 feet from the north corner - in front of Mama Zu's restaurant.
** There's another pile of scraped-up grass at the corner of S. Cherry St. & Idlewood Ave. That stuff is in the gutter on the South side of Idlewood & West side of S. Cherry. (Next to the house at 300 S Cherry St.) Looks like about half a ton or a ton or a little more. Plus there's all that dirt in the road on Idlewood 40 ft west of the above point - at the disused driveway into the cemetery. That dirt' s been there for years & years. Many many thanks!!!
