    The alley has been inspected months ago. But nothing was done. The surface is dropping and sinkholes are forming.

    The drain (single point of failure) in our alley is silted up. It barely drains. Every rain results is flooding the entire alley. Lately it's gotten worse. Please come clean out the drains as soon as possible.
