First, it's a huge commercial rig parked in a residental districe [VMC states only legal while loading-unloading].

Second- here since weekend so on both counts it's in violation. Driver lives within a couple of doors- believe corner house @ Belvedere. He does this any time he thinks he can get away with it. Please at least give him a BIG ticket so we can make this area better.

3 different places- same tagger. 1-Just West of PG&E facility on green box. 2- Across from Mokulemne Light Pole next to recent dumping spot by wetlands. 3- Further N/W on Meadows at next Light Pole. Grrrr. Images of each if I can attach.
  • 411 Meadows Dr Vallejo , Vallejo, California - Vallejo

Large amount of construction debris left on the wetlands side on Meadows between Mokelumne & Old River Dr. Brick and other items.

Aproximately 2 hours prior a person was stopped at this exact location- it was a 90s compact 4d- Maroon with white or primer hood and trunk. Subject was a MW, 30-40s, 6-0, med build, long med color hair, reddish skin tone from being outsiide. He was taking items out of the rear seat area of the vehicle and placing them on the sidewalk. Car was ratty looking. Had CA license plate possible last 3 digits 122?? or similar. Vehicle was gone when we returned but then saw all the debris.

When we first saw him we thought he was another hobo/camper as has tried to establish in this same area.

  • Meadows Dr & Vergel Terrace Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Living in a motor home on Meadows between Vergel Terr And Severus. Parked fasing West on Meadows. Please - before the word gets out they can get away with it here and we have 20 of them.

Pathetically, the hobo is back at the bus stop. It's the usual mess here. Late yesterday I was driving past and noticed several people wating for a bus- standing BEHIND the bus stop? Then I realized this guy was back making a filthy mess as usual. This is Vallejo's prime shopping area and the city can't even do anything about this here? Very sad. Especially sad for the people who can't even use the bus shelter.

BTW- your SEARCH mode is next to useless. It rarely shows related issues or much of anything.

  • Meadows Drive & Sandpiper Dr Vallejo, California - Vallejo

A matress- just West of the bus stop/PG&E facility.. dumped next to sidewalk.

Also- aproximately 1 block further West on Meadows is roled up bedding and debris - also by sidewalk. Right where the hobo camp was.

  • 860 Catalina Circle Vallejo, California - Vallejo
A large cardboard box on the wetlands side of the street very close to the "25 MPH" sign and the light post. It's tucked by the bushes and may be easy to miss. Perhaps connected to the complaint of dumped clothing-etc by 770 Catalina Circle. No one has been seen around this and appeared at the same time as the other complaint0 I believe that was on Monday.
  • 840 Catalina Circle Vallejo, California - Vallejo

2 places in immediate area. Large plastic bag full of junk IN THE STREET_ HAZARD in the Westbound lane near 840 [what the map indicated for address]. 2nd spot across from 774 Catalina Cir with another bag, clothing, and blue milk carton on sidewalk.

PLEASE tell me this isn't the start of a hobo camp in our immediate neighborhood! Overgrown bushes and trees is a huge invitation with several complaints.

  • 411 Meadows Drive Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Seems connected with recent Hobo Camp activity nearby. Shopping cart loaded with junk and other items hidden back by the trees here. No persons seen.
  • 762 Catalina Circle- Across The Street And Area Vallejo, California - Vallejo

Reporting AGAIN. I have been calling and writing them directly. Our Cabana Isle HOA residents were forced to join the LMD and we pay for this via our Property Tax assessments. In return, what was reasonably well kept and attractive is turning into an unkempt, overgrown mess. Across from 762 the irrigation hasn't worked for months. [Yes, it's been reported] The plants are dying. The trees & bushes are overgrown, with weeds everywhere.

Now out towards the wetlands- still HOA-City LMD responsibility- are more and more the embarrasingly overgrown bushes , and a variety of things that have been ignored so long they are larger than the original bushes that sprouted them.

I get suggestions to call them- but I have and there is NO response. To properly maintain thjis area used to require at least twice a week regular upkeep. Again- it's been months with virtually nothing. I did note they planted in 3 small areas out here but nothing else has been done.

  • 298 Catalina Way Vallejo, California - Vallejo
3 tires dumped on the South side of the street. 2 are no longer in sight as I drive past. Possibly throw into the rip raff? Also a pile of clothing & debris on the West side of Meadows near Old River. Last, another collection of debris and shopping carts by the PG&E facility at Meadows & Sandpiper.
  • 455-473 Meadows Drive Vallejo, California - Vallejo
5 tires dumped on the West side of Meadows Dr just past Newport Way. On sidewalk & landscape area.
  • 4900 Sonoma Bl Vallejo, California - Vallejo
This was reported before. I also noted about 1.5 weeks ago that the "CHERRIES" for sale vendor moved to the NO PARKING area in the 4900 block of Sonoma- West side of the streeet and sets up shop all day long. They do a big business every weekend and it is many times a hazard with abrupt stopping as well as people pulling back out into traffic. It is clearly marked and it's nice that the city got this posted.. however there is NO ENFORCEMENT. Please don't suggest I call the VPD Traffic Division as that has proven to be a waste of time leaving messages on voice mail with no return calls and no response that I can determine. How do we get this ENFORCED? Frustrating.

The city and CalTrans recently posted several "NO PARKING, STOPING ANY TIME" signs on the West side of Sonoma BL. The vendor who sells fruit-"CHERRIES" out of a large white van has been setting up shop on weekends and has a variety of cars stopped here.. right in the middle of the signs. I know this was reported by someone else last weekend. Back in the day we would call VPD and they would respond. Today it's a CalTrans problem. In fact it is a DUAL JURISDICTION situation as anyone that uncerstands these things is aware. This is called a "Kiss Off" and what do we have to do to get this NO PARKING ANYTIME forced? I am POSITIVE this vendor will be there tomorrow. It's great business [are they licensed?] and no the No Parking isn't being enforced. How long before the big rigs are back.... Depressing.
  • 4859-4955 Sonoma Boulevard Vallejo, California - Vallejo
This had become awful with all the big rigs using the West side of Sonoma Bl as a storage lot. Not only did it look bad, it sometimes created a hazard while trying to pull out into fast moving Sonoma Bl traffic but having to be careful of parked big rigs at the same time.
FINALLY it is marked with several NO PARKING ANYTIME signs. What a relief.
    Thank you again

I know this has been reported for a LONG TIME- well over a month since I first reported it and I have seen other people reporting same. The For Lease sign next to Sonoma Bl at the old Walmart has RED GANG appearing graffiti still there. Directly across Sonoma Bl on the sound wallt is an identical graffeti. Both reported over and over.

For all the tourists and day trippers heading into Napa County it is advise that this town is a real dump. It makes me ashamed to still live here.

  • Broadway & Lewis Brown Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Previous post noted BUT referred to Cal Trans? I have an image. City has responded in past. This is a good half dozen shopping carts and debris- NOT on the Cal Trans side of their fence but right at the intersection with some within a couple of feet of the sidewalk. Another loaded up cart on Lewis Brown just to the West of the intersection.
SO- is or is not this City of Vallejo property? It sure looks like it is.
  • 758 Catlaina Cir Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Across street by wetlands. Someone vandalized USPS parcel box. Now on side with doors hanging open into walkway area. Someone could easilty get hurt by sharp edges of doors. This area is heavily used by walkers, including evenings when this might not be seen. I am also notifying USPS but suspect you will get a much faster response.
  • 758 Catalina Circle Vallejo, California - Vallejo

Across street from- Idiot trashed the old USPS parcel box. The doors can't be closed and are hanging open into sidewalk area. Particularly at night this would be a hazard to walkers. There is a very active walking community in this area next to the wetlands.

I will also notify USPS but suspect you will get a better response.
