Long time Vallejo

  • 750 Catalina Cir Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo
The city cut the weeds down in the area just west BUT once again did NOT cut the weeds across from 750-770 area of Catalina Circle. This IS Vallejo property and after compaints the city did cut this back to reduce the fire hazard. There is also a strand of LARGE bushes that have been ignored behind the landscaped area/tree across from 768 Catalina Circle that is starting to infringe on the tree and other landscaping. Please cut these down. This area has finally started looking decent again but this is a problem.

Public works should return this “lost property” to the address on the PG&E bills.

Here's paperwork among the dumped items. This person lives close to this dump location or hired someone. Regardless, the city should start fining these people that are costing the city so much to clean up the illegal dumping. Which is basically our tax dollars.

  • 762 Catalina Cir Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo
There is constant foot traffic with people walking on Catalina Circle as well as dog walking. Sometimes even at night. People regularly pause in this immediate area to take in the more open view than other Catalina Circle areas. Concern that a person or animal could fall in this now open area.

Both utility boxes as well as another on other side of Meadows slightly west of this location.

Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
Brand new awful graffiti to insure our area looks like dirt bag city. There is also the now usual goods seller close by to go with the continued lack of enforcement for the "No Parking Anytime" signs here. PLEASE do something
  • Graffiti Archivé
Meadows Dr & Newport Way Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo
Two ajacant areas of graffiti here. Area has become a haven for side shows. The new fence from when one crashed through the original fence. Meadows is covered in rubber marks for 3-4 blocks in this area from this dangerous activity... and now graffiti.
  • Catalina Way Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
On Catalina Way, north side of street just west of Meadows. No idea what contents are.
  • Meadows Dr Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
Left with window down- raining. P10851? [Rather beat up to be stolen]
  • 601-799 Catalina Cir Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo

This is with the IRRIGATION system, not regularly pressurized city water system. Right next to the city Water Dept white high tech water measuring device that city Water Dept employees stop to check at least weekly but ignore this issue. This now washes out into the street and is beginning to undermine the sidewalk.

The LMD workers trimmed back the worst of the overgrowth here recently but also ignored this. I'd hoped I wouldn't have to make a separate complaint.

  • 762 Catalina Cir Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo

This was cleaned up quite some while ago. It's now overgrown and starting to cover the sidewalks here. This applies to the entire Catalina Circle area [and probably the inside Avalon Circle?].

We pay extra for this and should be getting serviced. I observed one of your trucks pass by inspecting earlier this week - never stopped- and hard to not notice. This was supposed to be checked and kept up twice weekly.

  • Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo

This vendor has returned. NO PARKING ANYTIME Signs on the wall. This person has been removed in the past but getting away with it now.

I am aware this is dual jurisdiction. If VPD is unable to respond [I've watched them drive past] please advise CHP to see if they are willing to enforce this. We finally had this area cleaned up and lack of enforcement will bring more. Please.

  • 548 Catalina Cir Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo

Per previous complaint by neighbor the VPD Traffic response was " Closed vpd_traffic (Verified Official)
unfounded, not an abandoned vehicle. Currently registered and belongs to a neighbor. Nothing in details or picture gives reason to believe the vehicle has been abandoned by its owner."

The CVC clearly states that NO vehicle shall remain parked on the public domain over 72 hours and that vehicles in excess are in violation.". VPD- please do your job and follow this up.

I suspect this is the same as other reported vehicle. This shows the license number.
  • 1401-1423 Meadows Dr Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
    Recently noted. Endless.
  • 1001-1099 Meadows Dr Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
Your crew did a great job of cleaning the Meadows Wetland area up. Now this- and one other a block or so away that I will add. Sad that this continues.
  • 684 Catalina Cir Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo
Incredibly this huge dump truck is still parked-stored on the residential street here. Facing the wrong way. Obviously not actively engaged in business. 2 prior complaints have been "Closed" and nothing done about this. Sad.
  • 684 Catalina Cir Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo

This is a HUGE DUMP TRUCK parked here- STORED, actually- ongoing- Also parked facing the wrong way, but why not? The city hasn't responded to previous requests. I looked for the previous report by another area resident- 1-2 weeks ago? I shouldn't have to note that it's in violation for a commercial vehicle to be parked in a residential zone except for being engaged in specific business.

    PLEASE city- do some enforcement.

On the other side of Catalina Circle- mid 500 block is a group of cars parked for months with previous complaints and no response. The last one is a wrecked Pontiac Firebird with the left rear suspension torn off- just sitting there.

  • 5180 Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, California, 94589 - Vallejo
They have now broken down a large section of the fencing just inside the main entry into the area right by where all the graffiti has been painted.
  • 1400-1422 Meadows Dr Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
3 tires dumped on Meadows, across from wetlands. These were not here yesterday. We need CAMERAS on the wetlands area of Meadows to hopefully start doing something about these dirtbags that use this nice area as a trash bin. Sad.
  • Pothole Archivé
122-128 Meadows Dr Vallejo, CA, 94589, USA - Vallejo
Several pot holes have opened up on Meadows, particularly in the first 2-3 blocks from Sonoma Blvd. The specific one here looks deep enough to destroy a tire- it's in the EB lane just past that side street.
