Looks like the snow dragon missed the sidewalk along Richardson between Scarff and Ferguson

The leak on Scarff Ave (reported issue #14029419) looks like it is getting worse. There is water trickling all the way down to Richardson Street. Also, Scarff has a lot of ice on it now, and could use some salt.
